CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct interaction with our customers in a professional and efficient manner as well as deal with multiple communication methods i.e. responding to incoming telephone calls, e-mails & any methods of communication within a specified timeframe

  • Meet agreed performance objectives observing guidelines and policies that have been specified

  • Continuously identify improvements in work processes through sharing of best practices

Requirements

  • Diploma and/or Degree in Accounting / Computer or related fields from recognized higher learning institutions

  • 2-3 years' working experience in customer service or call centre related functions

  • Good listening and comprehension skills with the ability to express ideas using appropriate communication methods

  • Able to manage difficult or emotional customer situations, meet commitments and respond promptly to customers' requirements

  • Exposure to accounting, inventory management, payroll and human resource dealing ERP, MRP etcs will be and added advantage.

  • Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/ or speak major Chinese dialects

  • Working location in Kuala Lumpur

  • Proactive, self-starter and result oriented

  • Possess own car
