CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
-
Provide direct
interaction with our customers in a professional and efficient
manner as well as deal with multiple communication methods i.e.
responding to incoming telephone calls, e-mails & any methods of
communication within a specified timeframe
-
Process
service / training call with a high degree of accuracy and
within the specified time
-
Meet agreed
performance objectives observing guidelines and policies that
have been specified
-
Continuously
identify improvements in software training workflow through
sharing of best practices
Requirements
-
Diploma and/or
Degree in Accounting / Business Studies / ICT or related fields
from recognized higher learning institutions
-
Working
location in Kuala Lumpur, Klang, Kota Bharu, Johor Bahru,Melaka,
Kuantan, Penang, Sungai Petani, Ipoh , Kuching , Miri , Sibu,
Kota Kinabalu, Tawau , Sandakan.

2-3 years'
working experience in customer support / service

Able to manage
difficult or emotional customer situations, meet commitments and
respond promptly to customers' requirements
-
Exposure to
accounting, inventory management, payroll and human resource
dealing ERP,MRP etcs will be and added advancetage.

Able to speak
and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/ or speak major
Chinese dialects
