The Job
-
Develop and
execute appropriate sales strategy to expand market penetration
-
Regular update
and report on market and competitors' performance to support
pricing strategy
-
Lead and
motivate a team of Sales & Support Executive to achieve the company's
strategic objectives
-
Initiate
appropriate marketing programme to meet sales goal and targets
Requirements
-
Degree in
Business & Marketing Management or equivalent
-
Minimum 3
years of successful track records at a managerial level
-
A leader and
team player who is able to lead and manage people across all
levels
-
Energetic,
result-oriented and is prepared to face challenges
-
Resourceful
and reliable in meeting objectives and expectations
-
Well versed in
Microsoft Operating system / Business Application software
-
Able to speak
and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/ or speak major
Chinese dialects
-
Possess own
vehicle
