The PT-10 Portable Data
Collector(PDC) is powerful hand-held data capture tool that let you
collect and store bar code data. The economical PDC offers a fast 32-bit
CPU, 1MB RAM for managing large databases, and 1MB of flash memoty for
application programs. The PT-10 alsp performs simple calculations, and
supports a built-in high-performance long range CCD scanner for reading
barcodes at distances up to 13 inches(33cm).
The PT-10 packaged with alkaline batteries, and comes with an RS-232
cable for uploading data. The PDC is ideal for data management
applications at supermarkets, hospitals, restaurants and warehouses.
The pocket-sized PT-18 Portable Data Collector (PDC) is based on our
popular PT-12, and features a memory upgrade to 4MB as well as a new
infrared (IR) interface.
When the PT-18 is inserted into its charging cradle the IR interface
allows data transmission between the PDC and cradle. The wireless IR
interface saves on the connector wear and tear that can often cause
problems in an industrial setting.
The PT-18 comes with a charging cradle and rechargeable battery pack.
The PT-18 is bundled with ArgoBuilder software for building custom data
collection applications. ArgoBuilder is user-friendly, multi-language,
and available for all Windows environments.
The cost-effective, lightweight PT-18 will increase the speed and
accuracy of data entry
for mobile operators. Applications include inventory control for
warehouses, supermarkets, restaurants, hospitals and more.
