Aplus Software basically is designed having the main objective to assist the small and medium-size business enterprises to use computer for their accounting and Management Information System (MIS).

Aplus Time Management System is a computerised time clock used to replace conventional manual time punch clock. This computerised time-clock system allows you to keep track of every worker and staff for their working day , leave and overtime.

Aplus TMS clock terminal use in place of standard punch clocks for collecting employee attendance records. These records are stored in the memory and can be linked to standard PC's where the data can be processed. It has many built-in advance features allowing the unit to be used for variety of personnel identification and time recording applications.

  • This system is a multi-user and multi-company and is capable of handling an unlimited number of employees and payroll period.
  • Easy to find employee details using pop-up employee menu and search by employee's code , name and I/C number.
  • It has an intermix payment system such as hourly, daily, monthly and job rated.
  • Salary could be accounted for any time and any day.
  • EPF , Socso and Income Tax CP39 deduction are automatically computed.
  • Two mode of payment. (eg: cash or bank)
  • Option to print the pay-slip by selected employee's code and by department.
  • Advance payment, sick leave and annual leave are automatically updated.
