Data Convert Utility
* This is self-extractor file, it will unzip to C:\TEMP\CONVERT		 1180 kb CONV.EXE

Step to Convert Data

  1. Run the Aplus Utility program WDBU to convert the Foxpro DBF to Aplus DBF file. Example1
  2. Run Aplus Windows Accounting (WAE) and create a new company.
  3. Run the Data Convert Utility to convert Data to Aplus Data.

Example 1

Your Original Data folder (Source path)= C:\KUANTAN
Destination Folder (Destination path)  = C:\KUANTAN2

  1. Run Aplus WDBU
  2. Click File then select the Convert
  3. Enter your source path & destination path.

Example 2

Converted DBF path = C:\KUANTAN2\
Your New Company directory in Aplus WAE = C:\APLUSW\AS\KUANTAN\

  1. Run Risda_conv.exe from C:\TEMP\CONVERT

  2. Enter the path & temporary file name. (you must find this file name from your original directory)

  3. Enter the correct Opening Date.

  4. Click OK to process.
