WPRE - Fixed Deduction Entry

Function and Purpose

 

Allow user to control and monitoring fixed monthly deduction on employee every months.

 

Scenario

Mr Chong has lent RM 8,000.00 from his employer for down payment of his new house. He agreed to deduct RM 500.00 from his monthly salary to settle the loan. His employer wants to do automatic fixed deduction on his salary until the loan is fully paid.

 

Create Fixed Deduction Record

  1. Go to Entry > Deduction Entry > Fixed Deduction Entry
  2. Click Add button to create new record.
  3. Enter employee code.
  4. Define/Create a deduction code and title for the system or you can just enter/select existing deduction code to continue.
  5. Select the deduction type for the fixed monthly deduction amount.
  6. Enter the maximum amount (Total Amount) for this fixed deduction record.
  7. Enter the monthly deduction amount for auto deduction from the salary every month.
  8. Enter the starting date for this auto fixed deduction record.
  9. Leave the ending date blank.
  10. Tick the Active option and click Save button to add this record.
