Why my Aplus Software program can't access after install Rockey4 Net Services Program?
This may cause by the USB keylock still connected to computer during install the Rockey4 Net Services program.

Solution :

  1. Remove/Un-plug the USB Rockey4 keylock from computer USB port.
  2. Stop the Net Services program then uninstall the Net Services program from computer.
  3. Uninstall the Rockey4 driver from computer.
  4. Restart computer.
  5. After restart. Please make sure both driver and net services program is complete removed.
  6. Install the Rockey4 driver, just click next button until completed the setup.
    (Do Not change the default option during installation.)
  7. After installation completed, DO NOT restart computer.
  8. Install Rockey4 Net Services program, just click next button to continue until completed the setup.
  9. Restart computer.
  10. After restart computer and windows is ready, connect the USB Rockey4 keylock into computer USB port.
  11. Wait for windows finish the new hardware detection complete.
  12. Restart computer again.
  13. After restart computer, now the problem should be solved.
