1)   Go to: Start > Setting > Control Panel. Click User Accounts icon.

2)   Click on Turn User Account Control on or off option.

3)   Please make sure that Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer option box is blank. Then, click

      OK button to confirm.

4)   Restart your computer.
