1. Confirm UBS Data Folder

2. Check Opening Date (Must be The Same With UBS Data)

3. Check Net Profit For The Period (P&L)

4. Check Debtor Account Code's Detail (Must be BS04)

5. Check Creditor Account Code's Detail (Must be BS08)

6. Check Profit & Lost Account Type (Must be BS12)

7. Check Bank Account Type (Must be B001)

8. Check Cash Account Type (Must be B002)

9. Check Closing Stock Journal.

              Make sure the following stock account are created ...

                              Balance Stock Account (BS06)

                              Opening Stock Account (PL03)

                              Closing stock Account (PL05)

•  Hint : Delete UBS Closing Stock journal, then use Aplus Closing Stock option to enter year and closing stock value.

10. Print Aplus TRIAL BALANCE ACCOUNT FOR VERIFICATION
